Instead of focusing on what can’t be done, focus on what can be done. Instead of saying, ‘I can’t get my house cleaned, all I did was get the table cleared off, I’m lazy and I can’t clean everything, I should just give up.’, say, ‘I got my table cleared off, it looks great.’ That simple sentence has the power to change the day, and how you feel about it.

Be Mindful that What you Think, is What you Attract

If a person is always putting negativity into the world, that’s what they attract. Thoughts, such as I’m stupid, I’m fat, I’m unlovable, all make you feel that you are these things. Turn those thoughts into positive things and you will attract positive energy. For example, when a relationship doesn’t work out, instead of saying, ‘I couldn’t make this relationship work, I’m unlovable’, say something like, ‘I’m sad that the relationship is over, but I learned a lot, and I’m ready to move on to my next great relationship. I’m a great person and I deserve to find true love’.

Visualize

Put that imagination to work. See yourself living the life you want. Visualize yourself with enough money, the home of your dreams, the partner that you want, a great job. Visualize yourself feeling great, and being happy. When you can see yourself in these wonderful situations, you will attract these positive things to your life.
